If you're looking to address a certain limitation or mobility issue, a myofascial treatment is recommended. This allows us more time to focus more thoroughly on key areas.
If you're looking for a full body tune up, deep tissue is best for helping your body & mind to unwind and realign.

Be sure to drink plenty of water leading up to your service.
Physical activity prior to your appointment is fine, however please do not show up to your appointment drenched in sweat. Massaging sweat back into your skin does not serve the client or therapist.
Showers with towel service are available if needed.

Depends entirely on the individual. For clients suffering from chronic pain I usually recommend 1x week for 4 weeks, with monthly tune ups thereafter for general maintenance.
For clients who are very active or have labor intensive occupations, I recommend at least 1x month.

For 1:1 Private training I offer mobile services or online training. Rates vary depending on mileage and difference in time zone.

Bodywork sessions will take place at Evolution Fitness at 529 E Gutierrez st, unless alternate arrangements have been made.
Training will take place at CrossFit Pacific Coast at 120 W Canon Perdido st- 75 minute street parking is available on Canon Perdido St. There is also a paid parking building within Paseo Nuevo Mall.
